TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service Agreement
1. Service Scope
- We provide hand car wash services, including exterior wash, interior cleaning, and detailing.
- Additional services such as waxing, polishing, and interior vacuuming are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before the wash. AX Auto Express Car Wash is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Customers are required to disclose any pre-existing damages to their vehicles before the service begins.
3. Damage and Liability
- AX Auto Express Car Wash takes utmost care while handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused during the car wash process, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint damage, or damage to aftermarket accessories.
- Services are performed at the customer’s own risk. AX Auto Express Car Wash is not liable for any damages or losses incurred while using our services.
4. Quality of Service
- We strive to provide high-quality car wash services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
- AX Auto Express Car Wash does not guarantee the removal of all stains, marks, or odors during the cleaning process.
5. Service Cancellation and Refunds
- Customers may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.
- Refunds for services rendered will be provided at the discretion of AX Auto Express Car Wash and only in cases of severe dissatisfaction or failure to provide the agreed-upon service.
- As a rule, there is no refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
- For safety reasons, customers are not permitted in the car wash area during the service.
- Any abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.
7. Data Protection
- Customer information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the car wash services and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
